وقامت الشركة بتطوير منظومة النافذة الواحدة وفق دورة إجراءات مُميكنة (غير مستندية) تم إعادة هندستها وحوكمتها بمشاركة الجهات ذات العلاقة، وربط الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات والجهات التي تحت مظلتها، وكذلك ربط الجهات الرقابية خارج مظلة الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات، وتتولى الجهات الأمنية والرقابية بالدولة مسئولية حماية وتأمين وتشفير البيانات وحوكمة سياسات تبادلها ، وكذلك قامت الشركة بالانتهاء من تجهيز مركز الخدمات اللوجيستية بميناء بورسعيد البحري حيث بدأ التشغيل 2019
